Dr. Ted Yang, previously of COR Healthcare, has been a leading cardiologist practicing and serving the South Bay for the last 25 years.  Dr. Yang opened Advanced CardioHealth, his own private practice, so that he can provide patients the highest standard of individualized and advanced cardiac care. Dr. Yang’s client-first approach results in customized patient care that only he can provide. His expertise and trusted care is reflected in the many multi-generational patients that continue to seek and rely on his professional services.   

Dr. Yang attended Johns Hopkins University and graduated with honors with a Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Degree. He earned his Medical Degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at LA County/Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, then proceeded to LA County/USC Medical Center where he completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Yang is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Interventional Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Yang is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and medical Spanish.

In their free time, Dr. Yang and his wife, Dr. Lisa Chiang (Infectious Disease Specialist at Kaiser Medical Center-Bellflower), enjoy spending time with their two boys as well as skiing, golfing, playing basketball and attending local theater performances!
